What are the different advantages of internal and external recruitment?

  1. Internal recruitment deals with job candidates who already know the organization well. It is also a strong motivator because it communicates to everyone the opportunity to advance in the organization through hard work.

    External recruitment may allow the organization to obtain expertise not available internally. It also brings in employees with new and fresh view points who are not biased by previous experience in the organization.
