HRM | Orientation of HRM process

Why is orientation an important part of the human resource management process?

1 comment:

  1. Orientation activities introduce a new employee to the organization and the work environment.

This is a time when the individual may develop key attitudes and when performance expectations will also be established.

Good orientation communicates positive attitudes and expectations and reinforces the desired organizational culture. It formally introduces the individual to important policies and procedures that everyone is expected to follow.
